We are required by law to keep a record of certain information about our members. This can include your name address, phone number, email address and other relevant contact details. ,
Storage of your information #
Private information such as your name, email address, phone number etc that is provided by you on the Registration of Membership form is entered into our database which is stored electronically on the office computer and is only accessible by the President & Newsletter Editor. All registration forms are stored securely in a locked cabinet and must be retained under law for a period of seven (7) years. Information after this time is destroyed.

On your registration form, we also ask permission to use information about you in our publications This can include but is not limited to.
