The old Railway Station is over 140 years old and is currently home to the U3A Horsham Branch.
Each Wednesday at 1.30pm in the Main Room, led by Elizabeth Kaucner. We play Bolivia Canasta, Three packs of cards are used, including all the jokers. The aim is to build sets and sequences. Ideally, played by 4 people, but sometimes we have to improvise with less.
Every Wednesday from 1.30pm in the Waiting Room with Heather Crosthwaite. This is the oriental based game with 4 players - not the game you may have played on the computer.
Every Thursday at 10.00 am in the Main Room There is a topic for the 1st Thursday of the month and members are invited to bring music to share. On the 2nd Thursday you are invited to share a musical. The rest of the month you can enjoy a selection of enjoyable and entertaining music.
Every Thursday at 10.30 am in the Waiting Room with Margery Pannan An opportunity to meet with a group that does stitching and patchwork. It will give you the opportunity to enhance your existing skills and learn new ones.
Every Thursday at 1.30 pm in the Main Room with Helen Fleming. Come and join us if you want to improve your vocabulary whilst having fun.
Held every Friday at 9.30 am in the Studio with Edith Whyatt. Find out how to use oils to create a pleasing picture. Most pictures are done from photographs rather than real objects. You will need to provide your own materials.
