With Ann Jensz The aim is to develop speaking and listening skills and reading comprehension in a range of interesting cultural and every day contexts. Participants should have sufficient knowledge of German to be able to construct simple sentences and understand basic spoken and written German, have an interest in German culture and history, a good sense of humour and enjoy the company of other Germanophiles. 2nd and 4th Tuesday at 10.00 am in the Main Room
Join the Horsham U3A Classic Movies group for our next screening: the compelling biographical drama, "The Founder". Starring Michael Keaton in a powerhouse performance, the film tells the true story of Ray Kroc, a struggling salesman who turned a small-scale innovative fast-food joint operated by brothers Richard and Maurice "Mac" McDonald (played by Nick Offerman and John Carroll Lynch) into one of the biggest restaurant empires in the world.
