Classic Movies: "Philomena"
A world-weary political journalist picks up the story of a woman’s search for her son, who was taken away from her decades ago after she became pregnant and was forced to live in a convent.
Stars: Judy Dench, Steve Coogan and Sophie Kennedy Clark.

Card Making with Anita
Come along and join this small group and learn skills and make greeting cards. Additional cost of $20 per session to cover costs of materials.
All materials required for making the set of 3 cards presented in the workshop is supplied. Including card bases, embellishments, ribbons, sparkles, colouring markers and more.
Held on the 1st Wednesday of each month from 10am in the Studio.
Please let Anita know if you are coming (if not registered), so she has time to order additional supplies.

Technology group
With Trish Maybery
Horsham U3A’s new Tech Skills group will introduce basic computer use, internet and email, staying safe online, and simple social media. Members will then explore graphic design with Canva, beginner photo editing, and practical ways to use AI tools for everyday tasks, creativity and learning.
Every Friday at 1.30 pm in the Main Room
Starting with a Back to Basics look at
- What is a PC?
- How to access the internal libraries
- What do all the internal parts do?
This will be an opportunity if you have never used a computer before to start at the beginning.
Bring a laptop if you have one. Power will be available to charge if necessary.
