Another month has just flown by, this month has come so fast. Our friends at Holiday Insights are celebrating the following this month, plus more. September is also Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and Prostate Cancer Awareness Month.

Did you know that last year, cancer was the leading cause of death in children in Australia. On average, over 700 children are diagnosed with cancer each year, over 86% of children diagnosed DO survive. While Prostate cancer for last year (2024) affected just over 26,000 men in Australia, representing 15% of all cancer diagnoses. September flower of the month is also the Wattle, which is Australia’s National Flower and features on our coat of arms.
