    With Breanne Mills This class is a 45 minutes session, comprising a mixture of seated and standing movements. The emphasis is on low impact exercises with the opportunity to work harder, depending on your fitness and skill level. The aim is to move all parts of the body, thus maintaining a wide range of movement to enable us to continue to enjoy life and daily activities. It includes balls, bean bags, weights and fun routines. Cost $8.00  per session. Every Monday & Thursday at 9.15 am at the Hamilton Lamb Halllth

    Thursday 9th July at 9.20 am is: “Oklahoma” 1955 In Oklahoma, several farmers, cowboys and a traveling salesman compete for the romantic favours of various local ladies. A joyous celebration of frontier life sweeps across the Western plains, driven by an immortal score filled with unforgettable songs. Stars: Gordon McRae, Shirley Jones, Gloria Grahame and Gene Nelson. PLEASE NOTE EARLY STARTING TIME BOTH MUSICALS On the 3rd Thursday Karl and Elizabeth present a mixed program. On the 4th Thursday we ask members to bring music to share. If there is a 5thThursday, (July = a surprise!!
