Fortnightly Lifestyle Coffee Meetings & Weigh-In at U3A

Join us for our fortnightly coffee meetings where members come together to discuss lifestyle choices and share insights on health and wellness. This is a great opportunity to connect with others in the community, exchange tips, and gain motivation.

When: Wednesday, 2nd April (1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month).
Where: U3A (University of the Third Age)

Agenda:

  • Coffee & Conversation: Engage in meaningful discussions about lifestyle choices, nutrition, fitness, and overall well-being.
  • Weigh-In Session: After our discussions, members can weigh themselves to track their progress and stay accountable.
