Activities on at Horsham U3A this week include some old favourites with our Writing for Fun group returning. Writing for Fun meet every 2 weeks for some interesting and creative ideas led by Rhonda Coffey. Look for Anne Denholm’s poem in the next newsletter, due out soon.
German Conversation also returns this week where members of the group can practise their conversational skills.
Bookworms is also back at the Wimmera Library this week, where library staff will have some interesting books to share. Look out for the Goodreads poll of the 8 best ever books, coming in our next newsletter! See how many of them you have read.
Our Technology group on Friday will be continuing on with Google Docs. last week we had a look at formatting and paragraph options.
Plus Sounds of Music, exercises for all abilities, Scrabble, Patchwork, Canasta and more!
Don’t forget the 500 Tournament on next week – entries are open now. And the Biggest Morning Tea will be held next Tuesday, 20th May from 9.30am.
