Remember that we will be closed on Monday for the Public Holiday for Easter Monday. Most classes will resume next week. An important event this week is our Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Friday, 10th April, from 10am in the Main Room. Our Guest Speaker will be Anne Grigg, President of U3A Victoria. During the meeting, all committee positions will be declared vacant, and voting for new office-bearers will take place. If you would like to be nominated for a position on the Committee, or know of someone who would be able to fill a position, you will need to complete and return a Nomination Form by Wednesday, 8th April by 4pm.

Our office will be closed on Easter Monday and classes are optional. Please check with your tutor to see if classes will be running as normal. As it is also the school holidays, many people may be away or have family duties.

The Horsham U3A Annual General Meeting is coming up, and it promises to be a highlight of our year. We’d love to see as many members as possible there.

We are thrilled to welcome Anne Grigg, President of U3A Victoria, as our guest speaker this year. Anne’s passion for lifelong learning and her deep knowledge of the U3A movement across Victoria make her a wonderful addition to our AGM. This is a fantastic opportunity to hear firsthand about the work being done at a state level to support U3A members like us.
Electing Our 2026–2027 Committee
At the AGM, members will elect the Horsham U3A Committee for the new 2026–2027 year. Our Committee is the engine room of everything we do — from organising classes and events to keeping the organisation running smoothly for all members. We warmly encourage anyone who is interested in contributing to our wonderful community to consider putting their name forward.
Nomination forms are available now from the office. Completed nominations must be returned to the office no later than Wednesday, 8 April 2026.
